St Thomas More Catholic Primary School. Small enough to make a difference, big enough to care.

Our School

St Thomas More Catholic Primary School is a co-educational, single-stream primary school catering for the needs of students from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 6. Each child is at the centre of the education we provide, with small classes allowing teachers to tailor learning experiences in a Catholic faith-centred environment to each individual’s needs.

Our passionate and dedicated staff place emphasis on allowing children to learn through quality instruction, collaboration and a focus on 21st Century practices incorporating creativity and higher-order thinking skills. Each family’s connection is important, ensuring the whole child is being developed – spiritually, academically, physically, socially and emotionally.

In a future-focused environment, St Thomas More offers a range of specialist learning opportunities incorporating Music, Visual Art, Physical Education and Indonesian. A 1:1 iPad program from Year 3 to Year 6 allows a diverse range of learning to take place. Literacy and Numeracy are priority curriculum areas and our support program caters for children with a range of needs, incorporating Maqlit, MiniLit and our Learning Enrichment Academic Program (LEAP).

The school offers contemporary learning environments to meet the student’s needs. Parents are actively encouraged to be involved in the school, particularly through the Parents and Friends Association, forming a friendly and welcoming community.
