Connect

For matters that cannot be resolved at a school level, you may choose to connect with CEWA to raise your feedback or complaint. CEWA ensures that complaints are dealt with fairly, objectively and in a timely manner. Importantly, CEWA offices and schools consistently work together to resolve issues in a constructive and collaborative way, informing continuous improvement.

You may choose to connect with CEWA if you have the desire to provide feedback about your experiences or services received from a care service. school or Catholic education office.  This feedback may be positive, or at times, may express dissatisfaction with services provided.

A complaint can be made to CEWA if you have not been able to resolve the matter with your principal/ care service provider.  This could include:

• You feel discontent with the provision of education
• You believe the actions of staff to be inappropriate
• You feel there is a failure to adhere to published policies or procedures.
• The matter concerns the conduct of a school principal
