A Day in the Life of a ViSN Student

A typical day for a ViSN student involves a mix of independent study and collaborative learning.

Students access their daily lessons via a course OneNote and use Teams to communicate with their teachers and peers. Each week, they participate in a Teams Call lesson with their teacher and other students studying the same course. This structured approach ensures that students receive the guidance and support they need while also developing their ability to work independently.

Support for ViSN students is multifaceted. Each student is paired with a Mentor based in their own school, who provides ongoing support and guidance. Additionally, the ViSN Communication Policy ensures that teachers respond to student questions within 24 hours, fostering a strong learning community. The weekly Teams Call lesson is also used to build a sense of community and support among students.
